Downstairs King bedroom
   Restful & rustic retreat with original 1905 rock wall.  Luxury mattress & Saltillo tile flooring.  Private bathroom with 1940s tub & shower combo along with view of the Hill Country!

Upstairs Queen bedroom
   Large, calm & elegant, this room features an incredible “estate” reproduction queen head & footboard.  Two person sitting area. The room has 3 native rock walls original to the house. **This room uses the new European style bathroom with heated tile floor; extra deep 2 person spa tub; custom limestone shower & 180 degree Hill Country view. The bathroom is seperate and is located between the queen & twin bedrooms upstairs to allow for complete privacy within the separate bedrooms themselves.

Upstairs Twin bedroom
Restful escape with tasteful, decor and two twin beds.  The cozy second floor twin bedroom captures the warmth of the entire house. Two of the home’s original rock walls flank the beds with cotton linens & quilts. **This room shares the large, luxury bathroom with the queen bedroom, as necessary.


PLUS Queen sofa sleeper in the living room
The living room has a door that closes it off from the rest of house for more privacy when sleeping should this option be needed for your group.  The guests using this room have access to the ½ bath located down the hall and will be provided with pillows, bath linens and breakfast upon reserving this option.
